Apparently one guy from youtube was able to make this work with some sort of firmware update from a Sigma dealer but I have not had any luck from US Sigma corp. thankyou…i guess ill just have to buy one to see how the eye af works with adapter and lenses(Sigma 50mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art Lens for Sony A and the The a6400 is able to keep its top speed for 46 Raw+JPG, 49 Raw, or 114 JPG shots. It’s a headshot and being that close at 1.8 her iris is amazing sharp but her lashes at not because of the DOF. SSM/SAM LENSES: Focal Plane Phase Detection AF, AF/AE Tracking up to 11 FPS If you’re happy with performance from LA-EA3 with the lenses you own, I’d stick with it. The a6400 is sold as a body only for photographers who already have an investment in compatible lenses. What I would LOVE to see is AF-S while in movie mode.
